Alexander is responsible for developing and executing ISC  company's business strategies, providing strategic advice to the COO and CEO and preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement. ISC (Illyria Security Co.) relies on Alexander to be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Alexander's three years as a licensed wealth strategist, three years as a Parks Commissioner, 3 years as a Crime Stoppers Board member and 23 years in law enforcement as a Sheriff Correctional Officer/Emergency Response Team Leader/Jail Training Officer ensures ISC Illyria Security has his strong crisis management skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ISC (Illyria Security Co.) business strategies.

Provide strategic advice to the COO and CEO so they have an accurate view of ISC Illyria Security short, mid and long term goals.

Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.

Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.

Communicate and maintain trust relationships with Supervisors, line staff, customers, and the general public.  All ISC Illyria Security Management exercise excellent inter-personal communication skills with clients and the general public.

Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, retirement plans, employee benefit package and business ventures.

Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of supervisors and line staff providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

Read all submitted reports by lower rank supervisors to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems.

Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of ISC (Illyria Security Co.) in ways that strengthen its profile.  

Analyze problematic situations and occurrence and provide solutions to ensure ISC Illyria Security Company survival and growth.
